I take short cool showers, changed all soaps, lotions etc to fragrance and color free. lotion up as much as is possible. should I go back to the dermotologists?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hello,
You have dry and itching skin with eczema tendency and you had tried many things to prevent, only few things remain which are:
- Find and avoid contact with allergens (clothes, cosmetics, exposure to very hot or very cold), avoid friction due to tight/hard garments - Ample use of suitable moisturizer - Use humidifier in dry winters - Consulting dermatologist for treating existing lesions - Drink sufficient water - Vitamin A/E supplements, if needed
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
