How Can Dry Cough Along With Chills And Fatigue Be Treated?

Hello Dr. Rynne, I have had a dry cough for about two months after an upper respiratory infection. I don t have a fever generally, but get goosebumps regularly and chill. My neck and upper chest actually ache and I am incredibly fatigued. I m usually very active, but have needed a 2-3 hour nap every day for the last month. What do you suggest?
