I have a dry cough that makes a deep sound. No cold symptoms. It has worsen oven last two weeks. Occasional shortness of breath. A few pain twinges in lung area. When I push on lower middle chest it is very uncomfortable but not painful. Seeing dr for regular check up in two weeks. Should I wait? What should I look for? I am 64 year old female.
Consult a pulmonologist for clinical examination of lung field. ECG should be taken and consult a cardiologist for examination and diagnosis. It can be a pacemaker problem.New pacemaker can be implanted. It can be hyper acidity, so you can take tablet Omiprazol with Polycrol gel.Take bland diet, fresh fruits and vegetable. Vegetable soup can also be taken. Benadrylcough sedative can be taken.
Take Care!
