How Can Dry Eyes Be Treated?

My eyes have been causing me issues for the last few months off and on. I had an eye exam and needed glasses and was told I had mild dry eyes. I have used the drops when I have these flare ups and they help but not a lot. It seems to be getting worse with each flare where my eyes feel so tired and irritated. I also get dizzy occasionally. Not sure if that is related. Should I see a Doctor, and eye doctor or just keep using the drops and deal with it?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
refraction should be done and if error detected then it should be corrected. if dry eye it can be computer vision syndrome. consult eye doctor to asses the cause of dry eye. whether it is deficiant tear or pjogrens syndrome which is autoimmune syndrome and depresses all body secreation. tear secreation by schemes test should be done. in any case artificial tear like refresh eye tear drop should be applied. punctum dilatation and syringing should be done. if requered punctum may be occluded surgically which helps accumulating tear in conjuctival sac and dry eye can be avoided.
