How Can Dry Patches Of Skin On The Penis Be Treated?

I noticed two shiny sometimes dry & flakey pink patches on my penis. One right above my scrotum on the bottom side of my penis. The other, on the right side of my penis, top of my sack. I did some research and it seems like jock itch, a yeast infection or maybe skin burns from masterbation too much with skin lotion... I noticed them about a week ago, and it was very itchy for the first couple days but not anymore, but they re still not completely gone. I ve been applying coconut oil on them and it looks like they re fading slowly but they re still there and I m freaking myself out.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely fungal infection. Using anti fungal agents like miconazole or terbinafine ointment for local application will be helpful.
Thanks.
