How Can Dry Penis Skin With Soreness And Burning Sensations Be Treated?

Hi I have dry skin on my penis. Also an open sore on the bottom of it. There is an area where it is most dry that froms a ring around my penis that seems to have shrunk. When I get an erection that area splits open. It burns to have sex but only burns during that time or when I touch it accidently with unclean hands. Dirt maybe or I don't know just would like an answer as to what it may be. I been using triple antibiotic cream and jock itch cream. Been 2 months now maybe a bit more but it hasn't healed. I have been haveing sex once a week too though and really haven't left it be as far as that goes. Just wondering what I could do to heal it and heal it fast! Lol. Thank you
