Hello! Thank you for writing! Try to eat healthy, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Don't consume fried food, try instead to eat boiled ones. Wash your face during the day too. Change your cover pillow every 2-3 days. Try not to change a lot the soaps you use for washing your face. For more information better visit a dermatologist, to find out what is causing this. Wish you good health. Best regards.
