Hello,

Possible causes for acid reflux which may cause acid entry into mouth lead to problems. Other possible like cricopharygious muscle dysfunction. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use tablet levocetirizine and monterleukast twice a day for five days. Get it done upper GI endoscopy and 24 hour ph monitoring or esophageal manometry. If there is no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
