How Can Ear Blockage With Hearing Loss And Infection Be Treated?

Around 4 months ago, I had a cold and for the first time my ears were clogged. I then travelled by plane with the cold and it got worse. I had a lot of pressure in my head. Coming back from my trip, I took a CT scan and tested my ears, and it turned out I had hearing loss slightly in both ears, but more dominantly in my left. I have been told I need to clear out my sinuses (with a sinus rinse kit) and I had to try to relieve a sprain in my jaw which was hurt when I fell due to a sports-related fall. It has been a while now and I have been taking double doses of antibiotics and nothing is happening. I also had an ear infection (possibly since the flu) and I am not listening to loud sounds as well just to be safe... Any idea what it might be?
