Hi,

First of all the ear needs to be checked. There could be excessive buildup of wax or see if the cotton from the earbud is left inside the ear.

So my suggestion is to consult an Emergency room and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination has to be done to rule out the exact cause of hearing loss.

For now you can start using decongestant nasal drops like Xylometazoline and do steam inhalations. Do not put anything inside the ear as you can go too deep and cause damage to eardrum.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
