How Can Ear Psoriasis With Blockage And Pain Be Treated?

I have psoriasis in my ears. My right ear is completely clogged and am in pain. I take lexapro, lamictal, and Klonipin on a daily basis and am allergic to pennicillin. I am 54 yrs old, 5 6 and 170 lbs. NO ENT in my area will see me without a referral from a primary care. I also cant seem to find primary care physician who will take new patients. I am new to this area. I have had this happen to me before and always needed an ENT. I feel like my ear is going to burst. Today I woke up with a sore throat which I did not have.

Hello,

You can apply hydrocortisone cream to the outer part, and apply a tobradex ear drops three times per day to your ears.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Salah Saad Shoman
