How Can Ectopic Pregnancies And Miscarriages Be Avoided In Future Pregnancies?

Hello Dr. Chetna Jain My name is Hanan Ahmed and am 25 years olf female from Ethiopia and my problem is when I try to be pregnant it end to be ectopic pregnancy and I had surgery. But after that when ever I try to get pregnant it end to be miscarriage it happen 3 times and when I go to Dr he give me Primolut Depot 250mg injection 1 time and stile no chance to be mom and my Dr take all exam that could be the cause for miscarried but all end out -ve am so confused please tell me what can I do.
