Hi,

It seems that you might be suffering from lichen simplex chronicus. There is dry, thickened, severely itchy plaque. It is dry eczema. There may be some cause. Stress, anxiety or tension might exacerbate. Some irritant or allergen may be responsible. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Intradermal steroid like triamcenolone 10 mg injection may be given in affected diseased skin. Take antihistamininc like levocetirizine. If needed steroid tablets may be taken in tappering doses. Avoid soap bath. Use dettol liquid for bath. You may be improved.I hope you got my anwer.

Thanks.
