How Can Eczema In An Infant Be Treated?

Hello doctor. My baby is 3 months old and has eczema. He was on Lactogen milk for the first 3 months with just a little bit of eczema but now I have switched to infasoy. Its only been a week but the eczema has spread. Could it be the infasoy? Should I go back to Lactogen?

Hello,

I don't think eczema has something to do with formula milk you are using for your child.

You can use Anticort, a noncorticosteroid cream but with good anti-inflammatory properties.

If you see that this formula gives him an allergic reaction you can change it to the first one.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
