Good evening sir , I m 32 years old happly maried for just 7 seven months now. My problem is that I m able to achieve erection but unable to release sperm, although I can release via masturbation while lyed flat on a bed. Consult a urologist and get evaluated. Your problem may be psychological also. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.
