Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have some elbow bursitis. It is getting better, however, in the fluid there are little ball like things that I can roll around, a couple of which when I press on them are very painful, like a pimple or something, under the skin. Is this a normal thing?

How Can Elbow Bursitis Be Treated?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. If the bursa does not seem to be infected, then treatments consist in: - Avoiding activities that are irritating the area - Applying a snug elbow wrap or elbow pads - Taking oral anti-inflammatory medications If you don t get better see a rheumatologist for further examination and treatment. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
