How Can Elbow Pain And Swelling With Bicep Tightening Be Treated?

So I was playing in a basketball on hardwood and I went for a layup and a player took out my legs in the air and I fell straight on my back. I also landed on my right elbow and my elbow now has sharp pain on the inside of it and my bicep is a little tight making it hard to extend and bend my elbow. My elbow is also a little swollen. What could have happened doc. Thanks in advance.
