Hello,

Don't worry your weight is a little high. Increased weight, high triglycerides, LDL, fatty deposition in the liver may be due to metabolic syndrome or non-alcoholic fatty liver disease or NASH.

Avoid junk food and alcohol. Avoid smoking. Eat green leafy vegetables. Weight reduction and regular exercise may help.

You may continue fenofibrate 160 regularly. Low salt diet may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your Endocrinologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
