How Can Elevated BP Be Treated?

I just took my blood pressure using a machine at the local Publix pharmacy. It s 171/123. Yesterday I took it at Walmart and it was 173/136. I used to take blood pressure medicine (lisinopril) but ran out and haven t been on in a while. I m new to our area and have gotten setup with a new doctor yet. Should I wait until morning and call one or go to the Emergency Room?
