How Can Elevated Bilirubin Level In An Infant Be Treated?

Good afternoon sir..... My baby is now 24 days... At the second of birth the bilirubin level was15.2 immediately we have given phototherphy for 2 day after that it become 13.8..... Now how can I know is it cure or not.....? I have an appointment on next month.... Still that how can I confirm.... What type of food I want to avoid.....?
