How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Managed?
I take Losartane (Generic for Cozaar)50 MG tablet everyday, I am diabetes, 69 years old, Vietnamese, I also take daily Metformine 500mg 3 or 4 tablets a day as requested by Doctor), I practice Yoga at home from 45 minutes to 60 minutes a day). Recent days my blood pressure is high 130, 150 and current time after sleeping couple hours , it is 174. I took a Losartan 50 MG tablet before dinner ( 3 slices bread) around 6:30 PM. May I take one more tablet Losartan 50 MG tablet . It s now near midnight. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks, Ha Dao
Yes, a dose of losartan needs to increase. You should have a high dose in the morning and low dose in the evening. If this fails to control the blood pressure, then we will make the evening as high. Have a low salt diet, regular exercises.
