How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

MY BLOOD PRESSURE HAS BEEN RUNNING 169/86 - 198/97 I HAVE BEEN TAKING LISINOPRIL 20MG AT LEAST 4 TIMES A DAY JUST TO BRING IT DOWN. I HAVE ALSO HAD TENSION HEADACHES THE PAST FEW DAYS. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO BRING THE BLOOD PRESSURE DOWN WITHOUT HAVING TO TAKE THAT MANY PILLS A DAY? YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

If blood pressure is fluctuating, additional antihypertensives like amlodipine have to be added. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
