How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

what is the recommended dosage of Hawthorne extract to lower blood pressure? I have 80 mg tabs, should I take 1 or 2 at each meal? or 2 in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m.? My blood pressure is reading 130/94 now and I take 5mg Lisinopril each morning but I m trying to get off of that drug.

Hello,

Hawthorn extract is not a scientifically proven drug and it has got no evidence for its efficacy. You can continue Lisinopril instead of alternatives.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
