How Can Elevated Blood Pressure Levels Be Treated?

Hi, I get white coat syndrome when I go see a dr. I currently take losartin, toprol, and amlodipine besylate for hypertension. I need to drop my blood pressure whenever I take a physical. Which one of these is best to drop my blood pressure to obtain an acceptable reading?

hypertensive profile can be done tablet taken now are correct but if no action then salt restricted dieat and change of medicine with diuretic may be recomanded.
