General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The high levels of SGPT and SGOT indicate possible involvement of the liver, bile drainage system or other secondary systemic issues.

A thorough work up with ultrasound and CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis are the primary essential steps to proceed further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wish you great health.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
