How Can Elevated Liver Enzymes Be Managed?

My latest metabolic profile test shows elevated liver function. My AST/SGOT number is 118 and my ALT/SGPT number is 174. I do not take tylenol. What else could cause these numbers to be high? I have a liver ultrasound scheduled in 2 weeks. I take (2) tylenol daily along with gabapentin (600 mg x 3 times). I take B12, Glucosomine and turmeric
