How Can Endometriosis With Groin, Back And Stomach Pain Be Treated?

i am suffering with endometriosis but since this morning i have ahd really sharp pains on my right side from my groin to the top of my tummy and the same on my back. is this cause of concern? its not the same pain as the endo and wen i move the pain is worse
