Hello, Uterus 4.8cm L6.1 D 3.9 T 4.5 my size normal the width of endometrial stripe 9.4mm left ovary visualization not possible right ovary visualization not possible I am 59 years old no periods anymore, no bleeding was spotting three years ago no pain my endometrium is thickened to 9mm small intramural myoma like echoes are noted in uterus of normal size, is this normal if I had sex which 2 years ago it was painful, is this a fibroid, I am a widow so I am not having sex, what should I do, I am in no pain

At your age even thought you havent symptoms like vaginal bleeding,endometrial size 9,4 mm isnt normal.
It is called endometrial postmenopausal hyperplasia.
The best method of treatment is endometrial curettage ,because it serves as a treatment and diagnostic method.
Small intramural myoma have no problem.
