Hello welcome to the health care magic

You need to consult urosurgeon for examination and accordingly work up

USG scan and if urethral discharge present than culture can be done..

Complete the course of antibiotic and brufen also can be prescribed to reduce inflammation

Mostly it is caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia

Cefixime group of cephalosporin group drug more beneficial

If fever present and condition severe ceftriaxione I. M injection can be prescribed

Take care

Hope this will help you
