How Can Erectile Dysfunction Be Treated After Having A Habit Of Sleeping With The Foreskin Retracted?

Hi Dr., months ago i started sleeping with my foreskin retracted, first time i did that i felt pain just before the glan, but i kept doing that. Now i have no mornings woods, and i lose my erections fast. Im afraid i have venous leakage. Does sleepin with fore sking retracted can cause venous leakage?
