hi sir myself siva,25 age,unmarried,am having mastubate habit for past 5year.now facing some problem in erection.but am not used to drinking,smoking habits.two year i gone to bangalore for my studies,at that time i used to have food once or twice in a day some time that too i wont.even that food also not a quality food.and am having strees problem more the 2year.unnecessarly i used to confuse myself.now adays am not doing masterbating for sex pleasure because of scared abt it .i present all abt me ..just help me to sort out tis problem and is there is any treament for these kind of problem.

Masturbation is not unhealthy and it will not cause ED. Food-related problems also do not cause ED. In that sense, your ED could be due to psychological issues. I suggest counseling.
