How Can Erectile Dysfunction Be Treated?
sir now i get a problem about my pennis,which is not ready to sex before 10 to 12 days before these days no any problem i bear.i m 38 yr. Old married man i have 2 child also.please guide me sir.weight 76 kg. My blood pressure is also high 150 - 90 and and also this problem is created after taking these medicine 1 olmat h 40 2. Neleistar 5 mg 3. Valence 750mg.

You are suffering from hypertension as well as erectile dysfunction.You mentioned that your sex erection problem started just after taking medicines for hypertension.It is possible that antihypertensive medicines can cause erectile dysfunction, so you just consult your treating doctor for changing medicines for hypertension if he thinks one of them causing erection problem.
I can not get why you have been given valproate?!
If erection problem is not directly due to medicines , it can be due to hypertension itself also or may be psychological.
If it is due to physical cause, I guess tadalfil is the good choice for you which is taken before sex. it can cause headche.
If your homocystiene level is low combination of pyridoxine +methylfolate and phosphodiesterase(tetrafol puls) can be used.
If psychological cause is more sex counseling , couple counseling and learning of master and johnson technique can be useful which can be taught by psychiatrist/qualified sexologist.
