How Can Erectile Dysfunction With Less Semen Be Treated?

for the past two sex sessions ive had with my girlfriend i was "faster" then i have ever been and didnt really have a normal orgasm and there was little to none semen..i then decided to masturbate to see if it happend again and i could barely keep and erection and again there was not that much semen. i am only 20 years old

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the erection is concern it may not be due to any disease because of stress this is happening try to relax and no need to be over conscious and apprehensive, now for the semen you need to get done the semen analysis for this, and is the only option is there to know the cause, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
