hi, i am 30 yrs old and i got married before 5 yrs. when i was so young i had started masturbating.before marriage i was suffering from nightfall also. at present I am facing so many problems like no full erection, no excitement at the time of sex and i get ejaculate with in 1 minute.memory has become very weak and i cant concentrate on my work. please tell me how i can recover and how i can satisfy my partner.

hello user , i understand your concerns and the root cause of all your problems may be this "concern" - being anxious can precipitate sexual dysfunctions which lead to further anxiety - you are reporting symptoms like difficulty concentration also which can again be a feature of anxiety disorder and depression - so you should consult any good psychiatrist in your vicinity for evaluation and treatment who would nevertheless examine you for any contributory physical causes too and if found psychological only then may treat you with certain medications like paroxetine/ dapoxetine may be along with sildenafil/tadalafil to aid in erection along with giving you tips about some sexual techniques- it would be a good idea to visit along with your wife , there is no need to be ashamed of in asking help from the right person . take care
