How Can Erythema Ab Igne Be Treated?

I have been using a space heater at work under my desk for 2 years now. Recently noticed my leg has a brownish patch exactly where the hot air hits my pants. I know it is Erythema ab igne. I have been exfoliating the area for the past 3 days. What else can I do at home to minimize this ugly brown stain on my leg?

Hello,

Erythema abigne disappears on its own once heat is stopped. If it doesn't you need to show it to a dermatologist as it probably isn't erythema abigne.
