Hello,

Are you male or female? First, avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Avoid milk products and gluten-containing food.

Avoid rice, sugar and wheat-based food. Use tablet biotin regularly for six months. Eat only millet-based food like foxtail millet or kodro millet etc.

Avoid application of shampoos and moisturizer cream. Check for blood pressure and blood sugar, Thyroid status regularly.

If symptoms not improved please consult your dermatologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
