How Can Excessive Flatulence Be Treated?

I have very stinky gas and a lot of gas. I have trouble having a good bowel movement-meaning when i poop I don t poop very much.I am 18 years old and a athlete in very good physical condition. I try to eat healthy and the right foods. What could I try to help get rid of the gas and something to help me have better bowel movements.

take high fiberbdiets like cowliflower enough curd avoid junk food and sicy food and take tab pantaprazole 40 mg early in morning on empty stomach and liq digene 2 tsf 3 to!es aday
