How Can Extreme Anger Be Managed?

I noticed that when my 22 year old daughter gets angry her pupils dilate and then go back to normal. She also has major outbursts over something as simple not being able to find a shirt or socks, etc. She rages and throws everything around and yells, curses and hits walls and doors while this is all going on

As per your history her angar is not due to any illness it is a mental disorder which needs further evaluation physically.
