I deal with anemia. Its so bad I have to do iron infusions twice every three months. I deal with extreme fatigue 24 hrs. I literally could sleep 18 hrs out of 24 hr. I have stomach cramps. Back and hip pain. Arthritis in my hips and knees. I m a 43 yr old female who is tired of fatigue and pain. Is there anything that can give me pain relief and be able to sleep

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I think expect taking iron replacement therapy you should find out the cause of anemia. The fatigue is due to anemia.
You also should check thyroid function.
You may also suffer from hypothyroidism .
Also do a complete blood count and biochemical bilanc.
For arthritis pain you can take NSAID and corticosteroid injection as advised by your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
