How Can Eye Pain From Staying On Computer All Night Be Treated?

Good afternoon doctor,
I am starting a job at night shift from 11 pm to 6 am in customer service, so i am in front of a computer during all those hours. My eyes hurt badly even after i wake up and on days off, they dont get too red but still hurt. what can i do?

you are definitely going to have computer vision syndrome. you have to take precaution as follows. fit anti glare glass before computer.computer should be at your eye level. keep alight on in the room. take break in between and roam in room and go near window and look outside. apply refresh tear eye drop 3to four times in night.use an antiglaire specs.

since you will be sitting before monitor you may take certain precaution.keep alight on at your place of work. use anti glare specs. apply artificial tear drop 2to 3times during work. in between you can take break and look outside . close your eyes and blink.
