How Can Eyesight Issues After Working On The Computer Be Treated?

Thank you! This is a strange issue I ve not had before but seems to be getting worse. Sometimes while working on my laptop, or, more frequently, while watching tv, my eyesight will give me this odd feeling. The only thing I can compare it to is this: think of sitting in the passenger seat of a car traveling down the street and you re staring directly out the passenger window and trying to watch everything pass by. Can you think of how this gives you an odd headache and how you can t focus on anything directly? This if very difficult for me to describe but I hope you understand what I m trying to describe. THANK YOU!

it appears to be computer vision syndrome. in one way due to stayering look and lack of blinking there will be dry eye. tear film spread is prevented. apply artificial tear eyedrop. use anti glare specks and avoid continuous glayering. inbetween do blinking and look around to outside.
