Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have face and shoulder nevi which is due to excess production of melanin pigment by cells known as melanocytes . Theses cell can be trigger by many factors like sun exposure , hormonal changes and certain medicines. I would suggest you to :-

Wash your skin with mild soap and cold water twice a day .

Continue using sunscreen prescribed by doctor whenever under sun exposure .

Exfoliate your skin twice a week .

Apply kojic acid cream ( kojivit ) twice a days after washing your skin . It is very effective .

Apply aloe vera gel at night .

If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may recommend procedure like chemical peeling , laser therapy and dermabrasion.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
