How Can Facial Acnes And Itchy Rashes Near The Shoulder Be Treated?

Hi doctor, my 15 year old son has been getting lots of acne in his face and lots rash on the back of his shoulder which is very itchy. I think its adolescence and also he is reacting to the food he is eating . He has had some doxycycline prescribed but with minimal reduction. Please can you advice.

it is not related to age and there is no treatment except to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. can use cream with bezoil benzoate and saly cylic acid and sulfur.
