Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have facial pimples which is due to hormonal changes , stress , oily skin and excessive exposure to sun. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. Avoid touching or pricking pimples. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment . Doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like minocyclin. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water ,

Hope your concern has been resolved.
