How Can Fatigue And Dizziness Be Managed While On Treatment For Hypertension?

I am very tied i am on high blood pressure tablets and light headed, been on them for three weeks sometimes feel ok then feel light headed i am on ramapril 10mg and amlodipine 10mg blood pressure 116 over 79 also on asprin one per day and a cholestrol tablet

I think the fatigued and lighheadedness you have comes from hypotension. Hypotension is caused by drugs you are taking. Maybe you need some time to get used to it. Keep yourself hydrated. If it still continues go to your doctor to change drugs or lower dose.
