How Can Fatigue And Hypothyroidism Be Treated?

Hi doctor , i am 8 month postpartum and diagnosed with hypothyroidism and high thyroid antibodies , am on 25 mg levothyroxine , i feel good not fatigue or something , but only one symptom makes me feel bad most of the time which is the head tingling i suffer from it everyday but started to take vitamin b injections and nurobion and i feel better and it get worse with stress i feel it in head and face mainly .. two years ago when i was stressed i did MRI and came normal because i had imbalance so i know ot is not something fatal but it developed after pregnancy and stress .. what do you recommend plz for this head tingling sensation is just a sensation no more but bothering me and not affecting my energy or balance , vision or somethinf .. i am good but i miss my old me

As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests that there is alteration in thyroid hormone levels with pregnancy related changes. Along with thyroid hormone supplements and thyroid level control, I suggest following guidelines for better outcome
- Folate supplements with other vitamins, minerals, anti oxidants.
- Avoid stress, anxiety.
- Regular walking, deep breathing exercises.
- Regular follow up with your consultant.
