How Can Fatigue And Insomnia Be Treated?

Hello there from 2 years i m taking the hormonal tablets cyclacur but lately i don t feel well and my doctor told me that there is nothing he can do cause that s the best pills for me but i can t sleep i feel tired all the time and generally i lost all my energy that s affects my relation with my partner,and my working abilities pls for advise

Hi,

These are non-specific signs but further diagnostic is necessary. You have a common issue, associated insomnia and fatigue.

Your biological clock needs to be reset, and for that, you have to change your habit of taking nap in daytime keep your self very much active during the daytime.

Before going to bed have hot shower have a cup of hot milk, avoid smoking, alcohol, stop watching TV, instead you can read any nice book, stop thinking anything weird.

You have to keep these things in your habit till you get natural sleep and this is not difficult, rather it is very easy to call the natural sleep, I would advise following this method only, otherwise pharmaceutical agents are there.
