hello user , i understand your concern. feeling of early fatigability ,
tiredness and feeling "not so well" can be symptoms of a dysthymic/depressive illness too and in that case , one usually does not find anything abnormal in blood tests and imaging , especially if you have other symptoms of
depression like feeling low mood, easily moved to tears, sleep irregularities, low appetite , pessimistic thoughts for future, difficulty in concentration , death wishes etc .....if you have some of these symptoms - do
consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and treatment with antidepressant medicines . however one still have to rule out some of the endocrinological causes like diabetes,
hypothyroidism,hypercortisolemia - nutritional deficiencies like
vitamin b12, iron , folate deficiencies , autoimmune conditions etc. which can be ordered by your prescribing doctor or the psychiatrist . in any case , alcohol will not solve any of your problems - but medicines can . hope i answered your query - any followup queries are welcome . if satisfied please rate the answer
