Hello there. I have read through your question and it seems you are suffering from a lot of health issues. First of all it is very necessary to rule out any medical conditions which may be leading to your inability to gain weight. I would suggest you to get your 1. Thyroid profile done to rule out hyperthyroidism. 2. Haemoglobin test to rule out Anemia. Also you have to address your digestion problem as it may be leading to poor appetite. You may take a proton pump inhibitor for a few days to help with your digestion. Also an iron supplement to increase your HB count. It is advisable to follow a good and nutritious diet at fixed times to boost good digestion and appetite. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
