Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have gone carefully through your concern. The TSH you reported is too high and it may have chronic complications if left untreated. The symptoms you reported while taking Levothyroxine will be temporary and you must start with a low dose , increasing it gradually in order to avoid the symptoms.
Sore throat is not related to thyroid pathology.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
